still Have Not Received My Order

I can’t rate the candy because I still have not received my order from September 10. Keep asking and following up. Keep being told it should be any day now however the USPS the tracking number shows it hasn’t even been picked up yet. Almost 2 months now waiting, I am ready to cancel the order. Not happy at all…
